Who hasn`t done this? I know I have many, many times. You go on cleaning the hard drive, trying to make space frenzy, and it never ends well. Rule number one is to not to do anything. Why is that asks me everybody. Well technically the file if it is deleted is still on the hard drive. What windows does is that it just says that the space is empty; however, the file is there, unless it gets overwritten by another file. That would be the reason why you should not do anything. Do not panic, close down everything except for your Internet browser. Go to RECUVA download and install the file. It is very straight forward installation, almost same as others from my tutorials.

If you can remember the file type you have deleted, or you have deleted many just select other, which is all file types.

I know I have deleted the files from the trash can, so that is where I will look. It is nice that you can even recover pictures from a memory card.

There is an option for deep scan, unless you have no luck the first time, select the deep scan option. I must warn you,

it might take a while.

Once you click the advanced mode, you can click on some files (pictures) and preview them.

This is a free application, pretty good, but nowhere near the professional line of Data Recovery software. If you want to take on the real deal, I highly recommend Stellar.

Memory card data recovery ability comes in handy.
Recovers IPod??? Hope it does.

Do not expect to recover any disaster
